European guest workers die at biogas plant in Denmark
An accident at the yard of a biogas power plant on the Danish island of Funen killed three men on Tuesday evening, while six other workers were injured.
A 53-year-old Belgian and two Romanian men (aged 20 and 25) did not survive the collapse at the shipyard. The injured are from Poland and Romania and one of them also has Belgian nationality.
The workers were working on the roof of a silo at the biogas plant when the roof collapsed at around 6pm. Investigations should now reveal how this tragic accident could have happened.
