How to end the war between Russia and Ukraine?
President Zelensky told Sky News that it was time to come to the negotiating table and move on to diplomacy.
Zelensky is open to ending the war: he sets one condition: that the whole of Ukraine joins NATO, not just the part it controls today, but the part Russia has annexed.
According to political analysts, this is a starting point for negotiations, but for the time being it seems unacceptable to Putin.
The head of the Kremlin is looking forward to Donald Trump's arrival at the White House on January 20.
Trump's team has reportedly already drawn up a plan to halt the conflict.
One possibility, could be for Kiev to cede the land Moscow annexed to Russia in exchange for NATO membership.
