You should definitely try this surprising mocktail this summer
Fancy enjoying a healthy and alcohol-free drink this summer? Then why not make a surprising mocktail?
Here's how to ensure a nice balance of flavours, aromas and colours
Some tips:
Use mainly seasonal products; fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and herbs. The fruit will give your drink a sweet touch. If necessary, add some cane sugar or coconut flour sugar (but don't overdo it!). It's a matter of finding the right balance between sweet, sour and (possibly) bitter. Some lemon or lime zest and juice is also delicious with it. Because the eye wants to be pampered with mocktails too: bring out your finest glasses. Add some crushed ice and a festive straw. And ... don't forget the icing on the cake: choose that strawberry, grape, berry ... to finish it off.
Above all, dare to experiment! Play with flavours, colours, fruit (in pieces, slices, juice), herbs and also vegetables. And why not try tea with your mocktail? Or ginger beer (=100% alcohol-free)?
