Trump: "Zelensky is the greatest salesman that's ever lived"

On 15 June, US Vice President Kamala Harris announced that the United States will provide more than  $1.5 billion in new aid to Ukraine. An idea Donald Trump is not too happy about.

The announcement of this aid comes a few days after G7 leaders agreed on loans worth  $50 billion to Ukraine, thanks to the use of interest generated by frozen Russian assets.

US and European aid to Ukraine, important as it is, is obviously very expensive for the countries providing it. Donald Trump, in full election campaign, has not failed to make fun of Joe Biden's alleged generosity.

After all, in Trump's eyes, Zelensky is like a common pickpocket. "I think Zelensky is maybe the greatest salesman of any politician that's ever lived. Every time he comes to our country, he walks away with 60 billion dollars!"," noted the former US president. "He just left four days ago with $60 billion, and he gets home, and he announces that he needs another $60 billion. It never ends. It never ends."
