Ukraine hits high-ranking North Korean general
According to Western sources, for the first time since the start of the collaboration with Russia, a high-ranking North Korean soldier has been wounded. It happened in a recent Ukrainian attack in the Russian region of Kursk.
It is not yet clear how the senior North Korean officer was injured and how badly he is hurt. According to a source quoted by “The Wall Street Journal,” the attack may have targeted a command post used by Russian and North Korean forces in Maryino.
The Ukrainian attack on Russia's Kursk was allegedly done with at least 10 British-supplied Storm Shadow missiles.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un is estimated to have already sent more than 10,000 North Korean troops in agreement with the treaty he made with Putin, some of whom would have been deployed in battles for the Kursk border region. In addition, Russia is also receiving weapons. All this in exchange for oil. On Friday the British broadcaster “BBC” and the organization Open Source Centre revealed that Russia has already supplied North Korea with more than a million barrels of oil since March.
