Ukraine kills three high-ranking Russian officers with HIMARS and drones
Ukraine has killed three high-ranking Russian officers in a coordinated strike using HIMARS missiles and drones in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Kyiv first deployed U.S.-made HIMARS missiles, followed by drones, to destroy the target where the three senior Russian officials were located.
"Three officers of the leadership of the Russian occupation forces were eliminated as a result of a successful operation," The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Defense Ministry announced on Facebook this Friday.
According to the Intelligence Directorate said, these officers were "participating in the criminal war against Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region."
