Ukraine obliterates ‘secret’ Russian military facilities after massive drone attack
Ukraine has targeted infrastructure within Russian territory that it claims serve as secret military bases.
Since Western nations authorized Ukraine to use their weapons to strike Russian forces, Kyiv has ramped up long-range drone attacks aimed at destroying depots, refineries, and factories producing weapons in Russia.
This aerial offensive reportedly targeted three industrial sites that Ukraine alleges are covert support centers for the Russian military.
Russia’s Ministry of Defense stated that around 40 drones were intercepted and destroyed across multiple cities, including Krasnodar, Rostov, and Belgorod.
According to the independent news channel Astra, the drone strikes caused fires in the industrial zone of the city of Gatchina.
