Ukrainians attack Putin's ammunition

On Friday morning, January 10, a source from the Ukrainian security services (SBU) claimed that a Russian ammunition depot and industrial facility had been attacked by Ukraine.

“SBU drones and a Neptune missile targeted an ammunition and reconnaissance drone depot near the village of Chaltyr in the Rostov oblast,” the source told Agence France-Presse. According to the source, the Ukrainian drones managed to saturate the Russian air defense systems, enabling the Neptune missile to strike a military installation, where the drones are stored.

According to Le Monde, without providing further details, the Russian authorities announced that an industrial facility near the village of Chaltyr had caught fire following an attack by Ukrainian drones. For his part, the governor of Rostov oblast, Yuri Slusar, stressed that the area had been hit during the night and that Russian anti-aircraft defense had shot down 16 drones near Chaltyr.
