Two men inject air into their colleague's rectum and risk 5 years in prison
October 24, 2023. Two AFS Sedan employees in the Ardennes region in France, targeted one of their colleagues and decided to inject air into his rectum using an air pump.
The victim, a man in his thirties, was severely mutilated. An intestinal perforation and significant lesions forced him to take a temporary leave of absence from work for more than 8 days.
After the incident, the 30-year-old lodged a complaint, as did his employer. However, the Charleville-Mézières court ruled on Monday January 6 that the employer could be held criminally liable. The hearing has therefore been postponed to June 23, at the request of one of the defense lawyers, so that AFS can be summoned, reports Demotivateur.
The two employees, charged with “aggravated violence”, face up to 5 years in prison.
