Donald Trump goes to war against transgender people
A month before his inauguration, Donald Trump is making promises. Recently, he promised his conservative supporters measures against transgender people.
Barely four weeks before his inauguration, the re-elected businessman assured that from his first day in the White House, he would fight against the transgender population. In November, he already said he wanted to "put an end to mutilation on children" and "exclude transgender people from the army, our primary schools, our middle schools".
Throughout Trump's campaign, attacks on transgender people have continued to rain down. It has become an obsession for the Republican clan. We remember, last November, a leader in the American Congress wanted to legally prohibit access to women's restrooms to the first transgender elected official, Sarah McBride.
End of subsidies for hospitals and ban on hormone treatments..., dozens of American states have already increased restrictions.
